Station Operation
Before operating the station (HF or VHF/UHF), members and guest operators must review and understand the station operating rules. Club members who wish to be certified as an Authorized Operator (AO) should schedule a instructional briefing of the station equipment, antennas, and logging software by contacting the Chief Engineer. Only Authorized Operators may be station control operators, but under the direction of AO's, other members may operate the station (see the Club Calendar for dates when AO's plan to be present).
